Drudges site (don't go there if you don't want to...I'm just saying) has a collage of photos of J/J going googly-eyed over each other. It is NOT just "self-loathing gay" Drudges interpretation of them. They were not taken by him and he did not make these jokers pose for him.
The pics are saccharine visuals proffered by none other than the DLC and their twisted idea of what America wants to see. I'm America. I want to gag. Those pics are meant for consumption and the photographers and posers are choreographed in agreement to make a "statement". So what the hell does the DLC want us to know? What I take from them is that the DLC and J/J are clueless. Fucking clueless. If you think they are genuine candid photos, then you probably think that Bush's military records being inadvertently destroyed is plausible as well.

Wednesday, the day the Kerry-Edwards ticket became press-friendly and they came to Ohio and Florida for their introduction, I saw them with my own eyes. It's just so fucked up to me that I came away from that rally with so much optimism and vigor and goddamned happiness that I just haven't felt in a very long time, and yet we're letting the Republicans control this message and twist it into something not only sexual, but homosexual, which makes it double-plus-scandalous.

Can't you see what they're doing? Another poster said this was something straight out of Lee Atwater's playbook, and I couldn't agree more. Years from now, this moment in this campaign will be the subject of much controversy, and study. An incredible diversion from the issues of the day. We're really letting them grab our spotlight, and it's a shame.
