Reasons we are unable to deliver it:

1. It was 'accidentally destroyed' during the copy phase as can happen with government databases and Presidents military records.

2. The rEpubes might doctor the video and use innapropriate images (like Hitler) again. And I don't want my children to see that.

3. It may get classified as a 'state secret' and than nobody gets to see it.
