Cheney Sneer: More Health Or Attitude Related?

My hub and I are discussing Cheney's permanent sneer. He thinks it must be the result of one of his health issues. But I understood that he had had heart problems, not strokes...I know lots of people who had heart attacks, and none of them end up looking mean.

I think his particular brand of ugliness is more attitude related, that he is a smug, heartless SOB and it kind of bubbles over into this awful, Grinch-like expression.

Hub thinks that although he IS an evil SOB, it is not his fault that he resembles a Dick Tracy villain, but rather the result of some kind of facial paralysis caused by a health trauma.

His is so ugly on the inside, it shows on the outside. He is a dark, evil, uncaring human(?). It is hard to cover up those personality traits with a smile.

That's why, prior to his expletive deleted incident, I always thought of him as "Robo-heart", "Dipstick", or "Snear".
