A Gram of Prevention is better than 780 Tons of Cure

Had Bush used Hart/Rudmans report/reccommendations re Terrorism, we wouldn't have had 9/11

He muffed it by rejecting a report which took 3 years in the making.
THEY(Cheney/Rummy) were going to do it THEIR way...remember that?

Then came Vacation time in Aug of 2001. A Clear and Present Danger was described to him... result..."Watch my Drive"...

Now we must spend oodles of precious monies/lives/resources to rectify this preventable shit Bush caused by inaction. He basically, vacationed while he was supposed to sound the alarm....

This is not Leadership.... this is Madness.
