Exactly how are the Iraqis better off??

We killed at least as many of them in a year as Saddam would have. We have imprisoned them without charge or law. We have tortured them. Now, according to NPR this morning, we have ripped off their oil income as much as Saddam ever did.

1. Hopefully they find peace in the near future but for now the poor things

have to dodge bombs and bullets as they try to find work.. rebuild.. etc. Once this subsides, they will be better off.... unless civil war breaks out....

2. well, they have freedom now

and they got their sovereignty back.

Now we can let freeedom reign.

but dammit, if only they would realize is, behave, cooperate and do what we want them to do.

5. as they step into martial law

and the new guy on the block is going to have to become the same kind of dictator as saddam and bringing back the bathists, to have the control over the country to have their peace and soveriegnty

..or making them walk into giant meat grinders just like in that Pink Floyd video (er, not that I'd ever watch them damned Commies or nuthin like that).

Now Iraq is a free sovereign country. Hell, even freer than us, since they all get to own guns and can keep their womenfolk submissive the way God - or that Al Ackbar fella they pray to over there - intended.
