OK, Associated Press has got to be smoking crack. Seriously.
LOOK at what has happened to our world since Bush elected himself Boy King. Why is AP wanking over a 2008 "Edwards-Richardson" ticket? I also like the creepy, "political thriller" tone of "should the Republicans retain the White House in November."

"Presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites), D-Mass., listens as New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson speaks at Longfellow Elementary School in Albuquerque, N.M., in this May 4, 2004 file photo. When John Kerry selected his Senate colleague John Edwards (news - web sites) for the No. 2 spot on the Democratic ticket, he created a likely front-runner for the presidential nomination in 2008 - and a reshuffling of expectations for others - should the Republicans retain the White House in November. Richardson remains a popular figure with appeal to Hispanics and certainly could be part of the mix in 2008. (AP Photo/Jake Schoellkopf)"
