The idea that they would try to pull something like this. Suspending constitutional rights even while no threat appeare immenent. Our society has moved in such an authoritarian direction that it is their right to do whatever they want because they are in charge. The thing that scares me the most is that not only may they try to suspend the election and totally suspend the constitution, they may get away with it too. And even if they don't, there could be a bloodbath. :scared:

elections that first the constitution has to be amended which takes 2/3s of Congress, then state constitutions have to be amended and county and city laws would then have to be amended. Dont think they can pull that off especially before November do you? Hope not anyway.

3. I dont believe that's true |

The date was fixed as the Tuesday after the first Monday in November by an act of Congress, not by the Consititution, hence it can be changed by COngress. http://quest.cjonline.com/voter/why.shtml

The UN-American bastards whom have stole the White House have the majority of the "justices" on their side (5 of 9) They murder their opposition (Wellstone and anyone unfortunate enough to work for Valerie Plame after her hubby pissed them off.) People who work in DC are frightened to speak out about the blatant injustices committed by these rejects from the private sector. That one lady who worked as the chief of the national park service, Teresa Chambers. She only answered a question about the funding and how it relates to the security of the national parks. She said she was under funded. She got fired for informing the public about something that could very well effect them directly and personally. I'm not talking about terrorists in parks, I'm talking about people that come to save you in a park if you get in a wreck, attacked by an animal, or robbed. These people are very scary, we must all be vigilant and be prepared to call them on their bullshit. This is holds particularly true with the media also, and that is something that can be addressed at the local level.
