Speaking of Cheney's gestures when speaking, I have a serious question: Why does he have that permanent sneer? It can't be intentional; any politician would learn not to do it.
Does he have Bells Palsy (mysterious partial paralysis of the face)? Some other condition?
Or is he really that mean?
