10,000 new voters! MOVEON's registration parties a huge success!!

From an email I just received from Moveon (with followup instructions for the participants in yesterday's parties):

Thank you so much for joining us in our “Call for Change.” On Sunday, an astonishing 14,000 MoveOn members gathered in more than 3,000 living rooms across the country. You may have only registered one or two voters - or none at all (putting together lists of unregistered voters is notoriously hard - that's why you probably got lots of wrong or disconnected numbers).

But, together, our efforts added up to something incredible: in a single afternoon, we were able to register an estimated 10,000 voters in critically important battleground states! This is enough to make a big difference in the election. Read below for more party stories.
