The Plame indictments threads: A Readers Digest version would be great.

I'm hoping that someone with a writers ability will combine everything that was/is being discussed in those threads, into a nice condensed version of what we have learned....? I find it one of the most interesting discussion topics that has ever graced this great forum.

I'd do it but I flunked out of 6th grade writing class and never returned. ;-)

Valerie Plame was outed because of what she was investigating. WMD proliferation. Who were Junior's Admin. trying to protect?

Then, after news that the grand jury was renewed for another month, and the court case with the news organizations related to journalists' testimony, he backed off a bit. He said that if any possible info expected by prosecutors to be given by journalists to the grand jury leads to people other than the suspected core of perpetrators, we might not find anything out Wednesday. Anybody feel free to correct my memory on this subject.

5. From what i read

Ya can't completely trust the government. Ya can trust some of the gummint some of the time, but only a fool trusts the gummint all of the time.

Power corrupts. Government power is more like a disease which infects the body, mind and soul, of some gummint employees. Expect the worst, always, when dealing with such infected people.
