Ron Reagan on Hardball - What A Tremendous Spokesman!
Edited on Mon Jul-12-04 06:37 PM by stopbush
Lucid, calm, intelligent. I'm glad he's on our side of so many issues.

Is it just me, or is he picking up more and more of his father's mannerisms?

On edit: changed Crossfire to Hardball. Sorry about the mistake.

12. Surely Al Sharpton is still black, isn't he?
Surely Senate candidate Obama is a top contender to be the keynote speaker. Surely Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who Kerry tapped as his liaison with the DNC, will schedule some effective spots for all.

14. This will be the most diverse convention in US history
http://www.dems2004.org/site/apps/nl/content2.asp?c=luI2LaPYG&b=93006&ct=132253

40% of the delegates are minorities and 50% are women.

Love watching him when he's being interviewed.

Question: Are there really no blacks speaking at the convention? I thought I had read Al Sharpton was supposed to speak?

7. Ron's got presence

and alot of appeal. He could go places politically, too bad he expresses no interest in running for public office...at this time.

9. As Ron told Larry King, he's an atheist, and atheists can't run for
anything in this country.

Well, this is one atheist who would vote for RR in a second.

To admit you're an atheist on Larry Klingon in this Amerikan politico-religious environment. The man's got my respect.

Plus, he's extremely attractive.

15. He was so cool
Hearing him speak at the convention -- even if it's for only eight minutes -- is definitely going to be one of the highlights.

My only complaint was that Tweety rudely interrupted him every time Ron opened his mouth to answer a question.
