Officials Want Election Rescheduling Rules

WASHINGTON (AP) - The head of a new federal voting commission suggested to congressional leaders Monday that there should be a process for canceling or rescheduling an election interrupted by terrorism, but national security adviser Condoleezza Rice said no such plan is being considered by the administration.

3. All she proved with her statement (if true, ha!) is her incompetence.
If she is the National Security Advisor and she doesn't know what is going on... even if it was just a request from the head of a commission that has done nothing since 2001, she could have read it on the paper and commented on the fact that it was not official yet.

8. Playing innocent, controling the public
OF course they set it up, then step back and act like THEY are not the ones setting this all up.

When it is placed on Bushs desk, he plays like it isn't his idea.

Isn't this the way the way they do things???
