Revised - Give me Liberty or Death

This is a revision to a post a made earlier.

I think people forget what freedom means. If one goes back and reads the Declaration of Independence, they will get a real sense of why this country was founded.

At the time, we were a nation without the right of freedom to assemble, right to not be told what our religion should be. Please do not take these rights away. Don't take away my freedoms away, just because there "may" be certain evildoers out there.

Unfortunately, I failed to mention what the European "conquerer's" did to the real Americans that were here before them. Also, what they did to the African citizens that were forced to come to this country.

These things continue today, as "we" support many dictators that are considered our friends. When will it end? The madness must end!
