Would Zell Miller PLEASE change parties
He is an embarrassment. he is the oNLY dem to cosponsor SJ40 (FMA). Allard( I AM SO PROUD TO BE FROM CO!) is the Sponsor..and 18 co-sponsors....Miller being only dem......Right now it is FAR from seeing the light of day...It would definitely fail not getting near the 67 votes needed.

3. Just before his speech at the Repub convention...
Democrats make a public statement that Zell Miller is no longer considered a Democrat...even though he might pretend to be one at the Repub Convention. He is nothing more than a right-wing toady.

4. It's to our benefit that he stays Democrat
Whichever party holds the majority controls how the Senate is run. Even though we don't hold the majority in now, I wouldn't want to lose a Democrat for that reason alone. Even if he is an asshole.
