Resign? Too Much
Recently I've noticed many of the chumps carrying the water for the chimp, have come up with the great rhetorical question, "What would you have the shrub do?" followed by a smug grin. "Ah ha, I got ya..."

How long before some brave talking head come up with the right answer?

"Is it asking too much for the shrub to admit it was a mistake, that he does not know what he is doing, accept responsibilty for the total failure and RESIGN?"

Oh wake up. The honest thing to do is to resign.

4. Tricky one
I mean if he allowed elections he's certainly lose. But that's pretty good incentive not to allow elections I guess.

5. If Bush is guilty enough to resign, then Cheney definitely is.
As guilty as he is, Bush is probably the least guilty member of his administration. None of the ideas of his term have been totally his, so if he goes down he has to take the whole ship with him. Maybe replace him with a sane Republican like McCain, and have him select a new cabinet. I think a lot of Democrats would be able to live with that kind of a Republican administration, rather than one hell-bent on world domination.
