Who would really be affected with all this Election Day Scare Tactics? |
|
Seriously - bad move for repukes when you think about it.
All the moderate to liberal people I know don't put alot of stock into all of these terrorist threats. Heck Three Mile Island is walking distance from my mother's house and yet no one blinked an eye when the threats were about 'unnamed Nuclear Power Plants' as targets.
But fundies and other diehard blindly-supporting Bush folks tend to rush out and buy more plastic & duct tape anytime they here a warning. So all this talk about election day terrorist plots probably would frighten these folks and maybe keep them from going to the polls.
As for progressive thinkers, even moderate ones, I think you would have to duct tape them to their beds to keep them from voting on election day

1. That is why threats alone are worthless to the Bush cabal. |

Therefore, the threats must be only one part of the plan. So what would the rest be?
Obviously, if terrorists threats would prevent a fair election, the the election must be postponed, right?
The big picture is NEVER one outrage, it is a combination of outrages.
