how far ahead would Edwards the presidential candidate be? |
|
just saw an ad with Edwards.......sound off
superficially, which, of course, is the extent of Bush's appeal, Edwards has it ALL over the chimp, not to mention his running mate
since, as Howard Zinn, says, the election of a dem this time is just a thin ledge upon which democracy teeters, what difference would it have made if he'd won the nomination?
he's SO much better on the stump
superficiality is what wins
let's face it
and Edwards looks to be GENUINELY amiable, as oppposed to the vindictive chimp, who even Howard Fineman admitted the other day, discombobulated his handlers by lashing out at that reporter who asked him about Edwards

1. I don't think any of them would be doing much better than |
|
what Kerry is right now running even or a few points ahead of an incumbent president is pretty good at this stage of the game.

2. think of all the ammo they couldn't use on Edwards |
|
not nearly the record as flipflopper
not wooden
not uncharming
not remote
not having a rich, FOREIGN wife
huge questions on experience, but negated by two things
Bush's own inexperience
and the result of his team's experience: disaster on every front
remember, it's the narrow ledge between another Bush regime and a chance at democracy restored
