A little news from Okla.

I do a little repair and Dish install. Yesterday our local cable dropped Fox News and replaced it with the WE channel.I had one phone call from irate customer. Did I know what happened? I told her no I did'nt.She said we are conservative and have to have our Fox News.We watch it all the time. We like O'Reilly. She said there is to much going on in the world not to have Fox.Another man was so mad he came to my store and priced a dish.Looking at brochure of channel lineup, he asked which package has C-Span and Fox News.He said he watched C-Span every morning to see the crazy liberals. I was proud of my self.Being in business, I kept my mouth shut. Another young lady called talking about burn marks on the screen of a Projection tv. She said her father had left channel on Fox News so much, that the Fox logo was permanently burned on their screen.I told her there was no hope for it.Her father told me in 1992 if Clinton was elected. I garantee you that you I will be out of bisiness in 6 months. He had the best 8 years of his career.( Retail sales) The churches in town are in an uproar over the gay marriage amendment.We have 8 churches in town population of 1200.My wife is always asking me can we move.

faux continuous broadcast of hate and bigotry makes me ill....

glad it's been stopped, at least in YOUR community...after a while, all those dittoheads WILL get used to something else on TV, and hopefully, a little LESS hateful...

remember when Clinton was elected in 1992. One of my fraternity brothers was pissed. "You'll be sorry!" He yelled at me. I never found out what I was supposed to be sorry for.
