Georgie Bush is a Connecticut Pansy Cheerleader
First, the disclaimers: I have nothing against cheerleaders, pansies, or the people of Connecticut.

My point is: Bush keeps strutting around, pretending to be a Texas cowboy, and attempting to impugn the masculinity of Kerry and Edwards, when he was a CHEERLEADER!

I think we can counter their latest democrats-are-weak meme by pushing the fact that George is the little spoiled rich pansy that he accuses Kerry of being.

2. BRAVO!!!
Thank you! For one, every time he claims to be a Texan it makes me sick. You can go around riding a cow but that doesn't make it a horse.

He can put on the worst drawl and wear cowboy boots, but DAMMIT! that doesn't make him a Texan. There are a few of us left that remember a different Texas. There are those of us that remember a Texas that elected Ann Richards.

12. Horses are very intelligent, they can sense evil
so if he has tried to ride, I am sure the horse has bolted, bite at him or reared up in self-defense.

He is afraid of horses. I heard that years ago around selection time.

Has anyone ever seen a picture of him on a horse

17. Don't you think we would see plenty of photographs of * on a
horse if horses liked him (it is not that he doesn't like them, they know he is evil, so they react, thus his fear). He would give anything to recreate the Raygun mystique - rancher extraordinaries.

Instead his image is an idiot in a truck chasing armadillos and his dogs, which run from him quite frequently.

32. this is the only pic I've seen of Bush on a horse

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/images/campaign2000/bush/bush_photo2.htm

Incidentally, there's a similar photo in Bill Clinton's book. Clinton admits that it was posed (and various DUers recall photographers making the rounds with a pony and cowboy clothes to put on the kids).

New York Times photo of George Bush and his cheerleader band of brothers at his all-male prep school wearing female cheerleader clothes. That's him in the middle wearing a skirt, a bra, and a wig.

14. George W Bush is nothing but cheerleader for Cheney & right-wing
<insert photo of Bush, the cheerleader at Yale>

Even before Sept 11th, most people already knew it. But it was never more obvious than on that day. As our nation was attacked, and George W Bush was frozen in indecision, it was Cheney that took charge and ordered planes to be shot down, as George W Bush was headed to a "secure" location in Nebraska.

And it is still George W Bush out on the campaign trail cheerleading for the rightwing agenda of more taxcuts and less benefits to people at the bottom. He has confessed that he only does what his handlers tell him to do - that's what he said just a few weeks ago. And his job is to be a cheerleader. He makes no decisions on his own, contrary to the believe that he is a "decisive" leader.

34. Us Texans
don't cotton to his little pretending to be one of us, either.

He was born in CT, lived in West Texas for a few years in grade school, then went to Andover, Yale and Harvard. Hardly cuts it as a frigging TRANSPLANT around here.

My roots in this state go back to when it wasn't even a state--1782. I'm the eighth generation born here. Every SINGLE time he opens his mouth with that pseudo-dialect (give me a break with that, no one who spends as much time in the northeast as he did still speaks that way, especially after years in DC), every time he pretends to clear brush at that pig farm they bought during the primaries, every time he puts on a freaking cowboy hat (those are getting to be more common in Wyoming than Texas, get with it Chucklenuts!), it completely and totally insults me. We AREN'T a stereotype, we DON'T all have two brain cells and give everyone nicknames like some arrogant asshole. He isn't one of us. I'm not even sure he's human.
