Suspending elections question
Isn't there all ready a law on the books dealing with this. Not stated that way. But equals the same thing.

During the florida recount, the florida legislator was going to vote on the electoral votes themselfs and it was found to be a ligit response. Recently someone posted a law that stated that if the vote didn't happen on Nov 2 that basicly it had to be rescheduled quickly (limited window) or if that wasn't possible, the the states legislators decided.

Another words, this was a state by state issue.

Any one know about this election law and were I might find it?
