Woman who offered pig as tiger bait faces animal cruelty charges

OK...So a Tiger got loose in a neighborhood the other day and this lady offers up her pig to help track the Tiger. Now she's gonna get busted for doing that..... Weird world we live in...

WEST PALM BEACH -- A woman who offered to use her 5-month-old pig as bait to lure the tiger that escaped from a Loxahatchee home this week will be cited for animal cruelty, according to animal control officers.

Linda Meredith, of Loxahatchee, put the pig in the trunk of her car and drove to the neighborhood where officials were searching for the tiger shortly after she heard of its escape.

Pigs love the Trunks of Cars. I mean think of all the fun stuff back there. There's a tire jack--hours of fun right there. Plus there is maybe some anti freeze. And it's all dark, so the Pig doesn't have to worry about bright sunlight hurting his eyes. Nor is he botherered by a surplus of oxegen.

I think any self-respecting pig would prefer a trunk.

On the other hand, Florida is so disgustingly hot this time of year. I'm sure it wasn't good for the pig to be in the trunk for very long but the lady says her trunk is air conditioned. :shrug:
