2. the weather was HORRID

here in NYC and that always cuts audience (that hasn't paid for a ticket in advance and knows they can 'see it another night') but, that said, the SHOW went great. and we had a solid, enthusiastic house on Tuesday.... and things look very good for the shows next week. lots of people said they were going to see it again and bring new people...
