crap ditka ain`t running
now what the hell are we going to do? no "da` coach" to kick around..illinois republicans are really bad off-they have no one to run..don`t you wish your state was like ours-no republican canidate and a rising star in the democratic party? sometimes it is worth living in illinois

People don't always make the best decisions (ie Gov Arnold and Gov Ventura). Obama was clearly the better candidate, but who knows what might've happened.

4. Some are floating the Ted Nugent trial balloon
Unfortunately, The Nuge has 12 days to buy a house in Illinois and establish residency in order to meet the deadline to register to vote in time to meet the filing deadline for the GOP to get a candidate on the ballot.

And I don't know how the Nuge will take to being the fifth choice for Illinois Repukes.
