nobody has a transcript of this speech, and so SlimFast is clearly just reacting to third-hand information.

Apparently a bunch of right wing freakazoids all threatened to boycott SlimFast -- the same one-nutted slack-jawed bastards who did everything in their power to get her series canned because she was so clearly anti-bush (and I don't mean that in a gynophobic way).

Whoopi if you're reading this . . . you rock girl! Keep up the good fight; we're about to flush bush, and I'm not talking about getting a vinegar douche.

3. Free Speech

It makes me so mad that people won't stand up for free speech these days. A bunch of right wingers can push a company into making decisions based on rumor.
The wingers didn't hear her, the Slim Fast people didn't hear her and I didn't hear her. I couldn't tell you what she said. I can only tell you what Bushs wingers say that she said. Heresay!

These are the same people who would quote Clinton as saying, "I didn't have sex with that woman..." What he really said was "I didn't have sexual relations with that woman..."

They won't tell you the truth on Clinton, what makes you think they are telling the truth on Whoopi?
