he is this way with almost everyone he speaks with. he is very tall so he often puts his arm around those he is talking to and usually gets closer to the person he speaks with. i think it makes both people feel more comfortable and at ease. it's much better than having people stare up at him and him staring down at time some distance away while speaking.

and how much ENERGY was in the room.

It must've felt awesome to be there. He said let's turn all the love and the energy into VOTES so we can get rid of Bush*!

Great to see a man who wants to be President for all America, not afraid to speak at the NAACP convention. bu$h on the other hand will only go to repuke friendly photo ops, where protesters are kept away. bu$h is really working hard to reach out to his "have and have more" base.
