When she had to actually stop and think about reasons for supporting her side of the debate, it seemed that she either hadn't thought through the argument that she is supporting, or maybe a little embarrassed about having to support a policy that openly discriminates against fellow Americans.

Either way, she didn't sound very bright or informed.

Not much you can do with a lady like that. I mean she probably isn't a bad person she is just so isolated in own world. You basically heard her reguritate something she probably heard over and over in church.

Whats funny is that when Savage actually started to present real world examples, house ownership, medical decisions she froze. She probably hadn't even thought of that before... hmm maybe that will help turn on the lightbulb for her.

I got to flirt with Dan Savage a few years ago. He was in town for our Gay Pride festival and stopped into the store where I worked at the time. He's a cutie in his slightly nerdy way.
