was going to stop and get gas on way home Tuesday, but decided to wait till Wed. morning and get it on the way to work

That is exactly how it happened here in York, PA. Monday it was 1.79, Tuesday it was 1.90. Freaking ridiculous.

It was down to $1.65 in SW Oklahoma last week. Now it is up to $1.85 again.
Does anyone know why?
