Rethug Idiocy on Kerry/Edward's Wealth
Edited on Thu Jul-15-04 03:02 PM by Homer12
So John Kerry married into wealth and John Edwards made his own millions.

Rethugs like to point out that these two might be one of the most wealthiest tickets ever, compared to the:

(G)eorge, always being bailed out by Saudi Oil Money born into power, money and privilage, (W)ith every (B)usiness he has ever touched failed. And that's not out of touch?

Good, at least they had made their fortunes honestly, unlike the Bush Family going back to their Nazi/Communist ties and the Saudi ties along with all the Bush Henchman whom have made their money out of corrupt capitalist tactics and white-collar crime.

Every-time I hear this charge saying that Edwards and Kerry are out of touch due to their wealth, I have to laugh at their idiotic charge considering where their Thug-And-Chief is concerned, Dick Cheney's Halliburton war-profiteering, etc.....

C'mon you low-life bottom feeding freepers and dittoheads, I want to see some Edward and Kerry business corruption scandals to back up your scathing shill attack tactics.

Your all dangerous Idiots.

BTW: Rethugs and Neo-Cons, and conservatives hate trial lawyers becuase they get none of their millions of contributions.

1. Yes, it's not what you HAVE. It's what you DO. Repubs don't
understand that. Look at the Kennedys, Warren Buffet, and countless others who are multi-millionairs. I don't begrudge someone who's made a lot of money (or inherited it). Goody for them.

What matters to me are the same things that would matter to me if the politician were penniless.....the issues on the Democratic Platform.

2. I had heard about
NAZI and Saudi ties, but what is this about Communist ties? Do tell, do tell!

5. Sorry, I didn't mean the Soviet Union in direct profit.
I retract that, but the international western banking system did finanace the Bolshevic revolution in Russia.

3. Not really
Teresa's money isn't John's money. These dumb schmuk's just can't comprehend the idea that a woman could have her own money, make decisions on how it's spent or invested, and not just turn it over the big bwave man.

7. That certainly seems to be a big part of it
Another is the lack of understanding that disbursing funds from a charitable foundation is not the same as controlling the corporation that set up the foundation.

My response to idiots who bitch about Kerry's money is that I don't see Bush giving all he has to the poor to follow Jesus.

That shuts a lot of them up on the spot.

4. The definition of "cognitive dissonance" and "willful ignorance".
Their stupid shit makes no rational sense.

freak repudlickers are fools who blindly support their super rich overlords who treat them like cattle to the slaughter.

6. Shame on them
Waging class warfare like that - I declare!

It's true, though. Kerry and Edwards have pots of money and can't possibly understand the common man, unlike Bush and Cheney who can barely make it through the end of the week.

8. Yeah, I feel bad for Cheney.
He keeps having to boil up Raman Noodles for dinner just to be able to afford his sub-standard medical bills.

9. Another meme to watch-
that Kerry married into wealth, implying some sort of opportunistic, gigolo thing. Sure, Teresa's filthy rich, and good for her. But Kerry wasn't exactly raised in a boxcar, either.

Just a minor side point.
