14. K, here are the details:

There was a rumor in the NY Times that Cheney is to fire his doctor who says he's healthy so that he can replace him with someone who would say he's unfit to serve as VP. Then he can step down.

The WH denies this of course, though Cheney's doc who is addicted to drugs was fired.

Cheney's last check up was ok, but they say his heart couldn't take another major heart attack after having 4 already.
