According to these under a State of National Emergency, the President, whom declared us into a State of Emergency at 9/11 can do what ever the f*** he wants.

There is no Constitution

2. My question is how
The Constitution, US Code, and The War Powers Act interrelate in a State of Emergency. Can anyone explain this in layman's terms.

Just thought someone could add some perspective to this for the people to really understand the implications.
