Will AAR support Windows Media Player ??

I never listen to AAR because I hate the Real Player ...

And AAR has yet to arrive in the Boston area ... does anyone know if they plan to provide support for Windows Media Player ??

are there other non-Real Player alternatives ??

1. No...I wrote them asking them to include it for webcasts to no avail n/t

2. If you listen through WLIB

it's not real player. I don't now what it is.

Also the station out of portland OR is liquid media.

do they carry the entire AAR lineup?? i went to their website and saw the AAR logo but it seemed like all the programs mentioned were unique to WLIB ...

i remember listening to that Oregon station when AAR first went on the air ... i'll have to check them out too ...

I do. It works almost perfectly (almost because it doesn't quite shutdown completely on my old system) and handles real video and other formats as well.

BTW if you don;t like REal Audio, try Jet Audio Player. It's a free player, and can play Real Media files without having Real PLayer (I think). Worth a try. Google Jet Audio.

Question: I clicked on the AM 620 link and it's playing Randi Rhodes at 7:30 CST. There is no AAR link. Are all their programs AAR or do they play local programs too? The program lineup didn't come up when I tried to view it.

You have to switch over to WJNO to listen to Randi live.
