2. I didn't vote in the blitzer or cnn poll (same polls) because

I don't like the wording.

If 5 months is very lenient, and she was guilty, I guess I could agree. But 5 months is a lot more than Bush is getting for his
$848,000 little trick....Martha's involved only $45,000, and I find it hard to believe she would be devious about what to her is just a weekend trip's worth of cash. If * isn't being prosecuted, then Martha should not be either.
Did anyone here follow the news, and if so, do you believe she is guilty?
Or is this just a way to get rid of a successful woman and/or perhaps a business competitor? $45,000 is such a trite trite sum for someone of her means. It's like $50 to me.

3. Guidelines are 10 to 16 months, she got 5
What was that about Two Americas, Sen. Edwards?

I voted no, and we're up 53-47.

4. Ambiguous poll
Pro-Martha people (like me) feel the sentence is inappropriate.

Martha haters feel the sentence is appropriate.

It's a false quesiton on its face.

9. What gets me is she did this but it took no money from anyone.
Now Kenny Boy will most likely get off and he really hurt people.

13. You could make the same argument for Ken Lay, too, then
Investor fraud hurts all the other investors. They're not all rich, you know. Some of that money is in pension funds and small investor funds.
This money didn't "come out of nowhere".

10. HIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN 90% Martha...totally worthless. And
the rest has been DEMOCRAT BASHING TIME. Jon Stewart should have him on his program again to show him for what he is ...again. A ridiculous person called Leslie with an inferiority complex.
