C'mon bush, surely you can start advocating killing all stray puppies or you can vomit on a head of state or something.

I mean just last Friday you told the Amish, who don't vote, that God speaks through you.

You told everyone that no one can fool you twice.

You can't put together three words on an impromptu basis. YOU CAN'T READ.

I'm wondering if maybe you can start telling Buddhists the world over that their "dresses are really nancy-looking" or maybe you could declare the United States to be the "God of the World" and demand that everyone in the world bow to us and start putting Old Navy stores in Russia.

YOU KNOW, BECAUSE I'M NOT EMBARRASSED ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!

Damn.

1. You know he could care less if you're embarrassed
As long as the neocon/fundy/uberrich are happy.

3. List the ways in which Chucklenuts has embarrassed you as an American
seriously I am sick of this. I was never one of those HoooRAH!! USA! 'MERICA IS THE BEST, WE ROCK! kinda people to begin with, but seriously he makes me CRINGE to think people the world over are scratching their heads and wondering "what the hell is wrong with those Americans that they would elect such a complete and total retard???"

9. And what I'm really frightened of is the world reaction
if he's actually elected or if he (far more likely) steals yet another election. I think it's not so bad right now because they know that more than half the country is not in favor of him and that he doesn't have an overwhelming mandate, or even a majority mandate. But if he gets in again, they're going to think the majority really do approve of him and the shit's gonna really hit the fan bigtime worldwide. THAT is what I'm really afraid of.

14. If Bush gets four more years in the White House...
...I'm e-mailing every last one of my friends in Montreal to ask if they would like an American roommate (with a kick-ass record and CD collection)!

10. Clinton made me proud to be an American
he exemplified many excellent qualities as an american and a human. Intelligent as f*ck, witty, informed, compassionate and decent.

Even his "sex scandal", although it was a dumb move, didn't embarass me... rather, it made me think, well, maybe the rest of the world will see that we're not so hung up and sexually retarded that we have to kick this guy out of office.

Bush exemplifies everything that I think is stereotypically bad about americans. Brash, stupid, blundering, incoherent, uncaring about the rest of the world, intellectually uninquisitive, and acting from a fairy-tale level of theological understanding of the universe, and a comic book level understanding of geopolitics.

4. It's baffling, isn't it
I mean, he's not even competent. He's the most powerful man in the world and he isn't even competent. Competent is one rung lower than good, and he's not even that!!! What were those idiots thinking when they put him up as their candidate? How was it in their best interest to run someone THAT ISN'T EVEN COMPETENT. Sorry to yell.

I fell better now.

7. No shit
I am SO much smarter than him, I am SUCH a better public speaker, I am SO much more thoughtful, reflective, compassionate, etc.

And I am not even CLOSE to the levels of power he is. I'm a TEACHER.

I know about a million people who could do a better job than he's doing and they have never ever held a single elective office.

11. I think they just wanted him to sit there
and not do anything while they raped the nation. Then 9/11 happened and he had to do something. So he chose the most destructive, financially ruinous, ideologically perverse path he could--pre-emptive war. As though he were playing cowboys and indians. As though the world was his personal Nintendo game. Perverse, arrogant, empty-headed, vindictive, clueless, xenophobic, greedy, sacreligious idiot. If this nation elects him knowing all this, we deserve him.

8. Like the prime minister of Japan maybe?
Oh wait.

I remember when the whole BJ/Clinton thing was a big deal, a few friends told me they were SOOO embarrassed to be an American and I said WHY? Those other countries are laughing that we have such huge sticks up our asses that this should be such a big freaking deal we are having an IMPEACHMENT proceeding over it!!!

But this? THIS? Dear God. This is SERIOUS embarrassment. Non-stop 24/7 embarrassment. And I'm sick to DEATH of it.
