Subject: Groupthink continues....

In the opinion "A Pause for Hindsight" there is a statement

"Now that we are in Iraq, we must do everything possible to see that the country is stabilized before American forces are withdrawn."

If this is not a continuation of "Groupthink" I do not know what is!!

The problem presently in Iraq is the presence of the coalition invaders. The minute they quit, the platform for the insurgents is wiped out and the Iraqis will find their own solution without the meddlesome behind the scenes work of the "invaders".

This newspaper has not got over the "Groupthink" - it continues to be the leader of "Groupthink" and it appears that this newspaper certainly has not learnt any lessons from it's past lack of journalistic judgement skills!!
