"I cant go through an April bombing again" Michael at Abu Ghraib
I wrote Michael and warned him that Sy Hersh is about to expose the atrocities that were inflicted on the children at Abu Ghraib, and warned him that when those videos hit the Arab world and TV, all hell could break loose..here was his response today....

"hey hey

thanks for the warning. i am really sick of the pieces of shit who were here
before us. i would really like to be in a room with them alone with a closed
circuit tv station broadcast throughout iraq. well, if i could i would, because
i can't go through another april bombing again.

things are well, i got off work early thanks to my good deeds. no booms lately,
and i ate well today. i think the food keeps getting better, but nothing like
home.

tell my brothers i say hi, and i should be back sooner than expected...
that is if all goes well, and the army quits dicking me around.

I love you"

It really pisses me off, to no end, that someone we love so dearly is terrified of the possibility of a bombing.
Fuck Bush, Fuck Bush, Fuck Bush, Fuck Bush a thousand times a thousand.

1. every family in iraq
feels the same way you do and to some measure all of us who, although are not personally involved, see the war as a brutalization of humanity.
link tv had a program where iraqi teens spoke to us teens live before the war..then after the war. one girl, who was like any other teen in the world was so enraged against america because her father had to buy a gun to protect them and that she was the only one working and she had to watch him lose his dignity because the americans destroyed his place of work..hang in there ,god willing, he`ll be back soon

2. Forward This To Michael For Me...

Dear Michael, you do not know me, but I know of the hard work, honor and integrity of yourself and those with you in Iraq. My son is there, also.

I pray for the safety of ALL those who are In iraq, both Americans, Coalition forces and Iraqis and I am not alone in this. There are many here, stateside, who KNOW that the abuses which occurred are the result of higher malfeasance and deliberate policies.

With your permission, I will add you and your unit, by name, to my prayers and thoughts. Know and trust that we who are not in harm's way DO care, very deeply, for those of you who are. You are the lifeblood of this land and the honor to which we, unworthily, lay claim. God bless you, Michael, and bless those who are with you. Take care of yourself and of those who are in your care as well. Tell them that not every American hates them and that not every American thinks that every Iraqi hates us. As one who has had MANY friends from the Middle East, I weep for those caught in this horrible war on both sides.

War WILL end. Iraq, which was once a beautiful and modern land, will recover. You will come home and so will the rest of our sons and daughters. I know this because the man who is responsible for this will NOT occupy his position forever! We are working toward that end and toward the end of bringing ALL of you home safely!

That is my promise.
