Howard Dean on now talking about Civil liberties and the war on terrorism. This may be the one where Seymour Hersh talks about the sodomizing of Iraqi boys.
C-Span2 has Larry Flynt on talking about his book (Booksnotes)

I think I'm wrong on Seymour Hersh being on--this is a debate between Howard Dean and Gov. Bill Owens (R-CO) discussing the Patriot Act right now.
