Everytime someone argues they won't dump cheney it falls under the assumption he won't be able to do anything anymore. Well believe it or not cheney doesn't have to be VP. I'm sure the white house has video conferencing, and if anything he could stay on as a special advisor or some such thing.

Expect them to dump cheney. They have no choice at this point.
