So many letters are claiming Michael Moore's film is undisputed fact.
Has anyone ever heard of editing? Moore has cleverly edited statements made by President Bush and others to fit his truth.
This film is nothing more than propaganda. The exit flights of Saudis took place after the air traffic ban was lifted and the decision made by Richard Clark.
"Most of the aircraft allowed to fly in U.S. airspace on Sept. 13 were empty airliners being ferried from the airports where they made quick landings on Sept. 11. The reopening of the airspace included paid charter flights, but not private, nonrevenue flights.” Jean Heller, “TIA now verifies flight of Saudis; The government has long denied that two days after the 9/11 attacks, the three were allowed to fly.” St. Petersburg Times, June 9, 2004 While it's true the Saudis didn't LEAVE the US until the ban was lifted, it has been shown they were picked up and ferried to New York while the ban was in effectMoore claims that Saddam never attacked or killed Americans: Since the first Gulf War Saddam tried to shoot down American planes as they patrolled the no-fly zones.
"Iraq has never threatened nor been implicated in any attack against U.S. territory and the CIA has reported no Iraqi-sponsored attacks against American interests since 1991." Stephen Zunes, "An Annotated Overview of the Foreign Policy Segments of President George W. Bush’s State of the Union Address," Foreign Policy In Focus, January 29, 2003. Segments of President George W. Bush’s State of the Union Address," Foreign Policy In Focus, January 29, 2003
"Iraq never threatened U.S.security. Bush officials cynically attacked a villainous country because they knew it was easier than finding the real 9/11 villain, who had no country. And now they're hoist on their own canard." Maureen Dowd, "We’re Not Happy Campers," The New York Times, September 11, 2003.
"Iraq never threatened the US, let alone Australia. The basic consideration was and remains the perception of America's wider strategic interest in the Middle East." Richard Woolcott, "Thread bare Basis To The Homespun Yarn That Led Us Into Iraq," Sydney Morning Herald, November 26, 2003—(Woolcott was Australia’s Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs And Trade during the first Gulf War.)
Saddam has offered rewards to families of suicide bombers, tried to assassinate the former President Bush and gave safe haven to Abu Nidal, responsible for terrorist attacks in more than 20 countries.
Saddam did support suicide bombers in Israel, but so do the Saudis. Does that mean Saudi Arabia is next? Abu Nidal was murdered by Saddam's thugs, some "safe haven" It has now become very clear and much confirmed that the Iraqi regime headed by Saddam Hussein was directly responsible for the assassination of the Palestinian terrorist Sabri al-Bana, known to the world as Abu Nidal.
A wide-ranging Jane’s investigation into the incident, gathering information from various official and non-official sources in Ramallah, Amman, Baghdad, London, Washington and Beirut, has confirmed the Iraqi regime’s involvement in the killing of Abu Nidal, whose death in a Baghdad apartment from gunshot wounds was announced last Friday (16 August). http://www.israelinsider.com/channels/diplomacy/articles/dip_0202.htmhttp://www.janes.com/security/international_security/news/jwit/jwit020823_1_n.shtmlMoore states the war in Afghanistan was about the building of a pipeline led by oil giant Unocal: Unocal dropped that idea in the late 1990s.
they dropped the idea because of security concerns in Afghanistan, but "The framework agreement defines legal mechanisms for setting up a consortium to build and operate the long-delayed US$3.2-billion natural gas pipeline, known as the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline, which would carry gas from energy-rich Turkmenistan to Pakistan. It would be one of the first major investment projects in Afghanistan in decades." Baglia Bukharbayeva "Pakistani, Turkmen, Afghan Leaders Sign US$3.2 Billion Pipeline Deal," Associated Press, December 27, 2002.
Moore shows pre-war Iraq as a wonderful place to live, no rape and torture, no mass graves, no political prisoners, no children being tortured in front of parents. Just peace and happiness until coalition forces attacked, then the suffering starts.
Blair admits the 400,000 person mass grave is bogus, actual civilian casualties in Iraq is over 10,000. Saddam was a brutal dictator, but the UN sanctions and the US military have done more damage in the last decade than Saddam could ever dream of http://www.iraqbodycount.net/Moore claims regarding 9-11, "Three thousand Americans were killed. There's 290 million Americans, all right? The chance of any of us dying in a terrorist incident is very, very, very small." This is a man who calls Americans the "dumbest people on the planet." He is including Americans who believe his movie. God bless America and President Bush.
No rebuttal needed for the chances of being a victim, those numbers are self explanatory
