President Is Still Mum on Agenda For Second Term

As he campaigned around the country last week, President Bush asked voters to give him another four years to make the nation "safer and stronger and better." But with the election less than four months away, one of the biggest mysteries surrounding the president's campaign is what he would actually do if he wins a second term.

Bush's failure to detail a second-term agenda -- beyond his pledge to keep waging an aggressive war on terrorism -- represents a stark contrast to his previous campaigns, in which he set out a handful of priorities almost from the opening day and rarely deviated from them.

It seems clear to me that there is a master plan. We just don't get to know what's in store for us! He doesn't dare share these plans with voters. If we had been told what he had planned to do these past three years back in 2000, does anyone think the election would have been close at all? NO. I do not believe Americans would have been comfortable with his plans. He managed not to ever share any of it--the gutting of social security, medicare, environment, education, his war plans, etc. He's still doing this.

Secretive, dictatorial, and utterly untrustworthy. So what is the plan? Anyone care to guess?

Still, I think they do have a plan. PNAC or whatever variations of it they've come up with. Rumsfeld's draft, more Patriot Act crap, raise taxes on the middleclass while lowering taxes still more for CEOs, outsource the middleclass to third world labor forces, enslave Americans by riddling us with unconscionable burden of debt to foreign interests. Wage class warfare against us using our own fears, superstitions, prejudices and desires to subject us to their will.

I fear that is the master plan.

6. Oh, they have a "plan" all right...there just isn't going to

be a "second term" to implement it. And we can have a big Sigh of relief when that happens.

Those bastards are not going to stop after the election, and neither should we. If Kerry is elected, progs and libs should start a concerted effort to rip out radicalism of the right by its roots; otherwise, I guarantee it will be much worse the next time around.

5. Why aren't Kerry ads featuring Bush's masterplan?

Since Bush won't tell, Kerry should. We should all be offering voters some possible scenarios.

We need to expose the maggot-riddled underbelly of this administration to light.

4. New Inititaives?

I hadn't really even thought about it, but it is certainly a question to put to my Republican friends. Just what are his plans? What has he done that he has not told you he planned for, even if you remove the effects of 9/11, he's been a real failure.

Think about it from the point of view of an honest christian conservative. Abortions are still being perfomred on demand, crack adicts still roam our streets and heroin use is on the increase, the national debt has gone through the roof, we have got ourselves involved in a nasty war in a part of the world where we have no business being anyway (a lot of conservatives think we should just buy the arab oil and not have another god damned thing to do with them, its the basis of the "let 'em all kill each other" line of thinking), grandmaw's medication costs are going through the roof, Uncle Bill just got laid off, and that was at his new job, and the cost of medical insurance is going up almost monthly. Every job in the country is at risk to being outsourced. Some lady showed her tit on television and there is a maniac cursing on the radio and apparently getting away with it. Pension funds have gone down the drink and apparently a close friend of the President's used government influnece while defrauding the publice of litterly billions of dollars and dam near bankrupting the state of California.

So tell me, who planned for that little bit? That's not even thinking about the war.

This is like the Wiley E. Coyote administration. They just go buy a new weapon from ACME and go after us again and again!

albeit without saying HOW he's going to do it, but if he told us now, the repukes might hijack it. (not likely but they have in the past.)

That's all I've heard, it's a one trick pony, give me four more years and I'll cut your taxes. Of course to do this I'll have to gut social security, Education, Medicare, etc... Oh and we're going to need a bigger military.

More conservative Supreme Court Appointments, increases in fuel and health care costs, Bibles used in schools rather than text books, abolishing evolution theory, Patriot Act 3, 4, 5, and 6. Names Halliburon in charge of seeking new alternative fuels, Arthur Anderson er Acenture will audit. Wants bigger tanks made so he can drive one. Wants an aircraft carrier named after him. Tell's the Pope to <Cheney off>. Creates a new White House Newspaper for national circulation and creates a White House television station funded with taxpayer money where Laura gives tours and you can watch how a French Chef makes Freedom Fries. And on the Seventh Day he'll rest.

8. Hire more of those neat-o mercenaries and get rid of all those moochers who join the military for reasons other than profit.
9. Bomb the middle east, and wait in Cheney's bunker for the rapture.
