I don't think it's the one you're looking for, but they ARE guarding the porta-potties!

PS - note what's on the one guy's tee shirt: Tyranny Response Team. They must have expected a LOT of tyranny re: the porta-johns!

4. It's on the harddrive of my dead computer...but I found this
from indymedia..sorry no pic..

Marines lock-up Porta-Potties.
Marines Secure Porta-Potties, January 20, 11:30 am.

A block long line of protesters waited patiently for access to a small bank of Porta-Potties at 13th and Pennsylvania, the only ones for blocks around. But their patience was not to be rewarded. Marines moved into the area and secured the Porta-Potties, some said to prevent potential terrorist attacks. Others believed that all Porta-Pottie doors were locked to reserve them for ticket-buying Republicans and military personnel. Even Washington Metro police found that they were not on the list of those eligible for toilet relief. Legal aids were unsuccessful in negotiating toilet access for the public. Protesters were advised by Marine personnel to leave the secured area and search for toilets in restaurants outside the checkpoints. Upon returning from pooping expeditions protesters were again required to go through checkpoints where bags were once again searched. Even protesters who established personal contact with any of the many guards posted at all exit points around the barricaded viewing area were instructed that the only way to re-enter would be to wait in line again at a checkpoint. The purpose of the pottie policy was all too evident to most protesters, to evacuate in a Republican administration one must postpone free speech rights and wait in many lines.
