OMG...I just figured out why shrub wants the national mental tests
While reading about some delusional right winger, it dawned on me...shrub wants a the tests done, so he can figure out who his supporters are -- the more delusional and insane, the more strongly they'll support him. then he'll know who to make sure votes in November.

Bush's believe it or not
By Jim Lobe

WASHINGTON - US public perceptions about former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein's alleged ties to al-Qaeda and stocks of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) continue to lag far behind the testimony of experts, boosting chances that President George W Bush will be re-elected, according to a survey and analysis released on Thursday.

Despite statements by such officials as the Bush administration's former chief weapons inspector, David Kay; its former anti-terrorism chief, Richard Clarke; former chief United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix; as well as admissions by senior administration officials themselves, a majority of the public still believes Iraq was closely tied to the al-Qaeda terrorist group and had WMD stocks or programs before US troops invaded the country 13 months ago.

"The public is not getting a clear message about what the experts are saying about Iraqi links to al-Qaeda and its WMD program," said Steven Kull, director of the Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA) at the University of Maryland, which conducted the survey.

"The analysis suggests that if the public were to more clearly perceive what the experts themselves are saying on these issues, there is a good chance this could have a significant impact on their attitudes about the war and even on how they vote in November," he added.

2. could be . . . but mostly its just another way to funnel tax dollars . . .
to the corporate interests who support him . . . in this case multinational pharmaceuticals . . . the plan not only calls for testing, but treatment with specific drugs for those found "wanting" (i.e. liberal, progressive, gay, etc.) . . .

4. And those refusing "treatment"? Are those internment camps
Ollie North constructed for them?

6. Speaking as a Delusional Lunatic
Let me just say that even I wouldn't vote for Mr. Bush. No my candidate this year is Handful of Gravel I found in my Pocket running on the Reform Ticket. See even I realize that delusional lunacy is best kept within safe bounds, and what we have here is a failure to set safe bounds for Mr. Bush's behaivor. Instead there are no bounds, which even for a delusional lunitic like myself, is troubling. Plus nine out of the ten voices in my head think that President Bush is kind of dumb.
