Many years ago in Coles County IL, a judge was arrested for DUI. While reading the morning paper following the story, the paper reported that this judge was being ordered to attending classes in *drum roll* Paris!

I was outraged! Beside myself! Ready to make phone calls and start a campaign at the audacity of sending a judge on an overseas vacation at taxpayer expense for committing a crime and getting caught!!

Then it hit me..."Paris" was in neighboring Edgar County.
