Fire spree spurs fear in Greeley
Three suspicious blazes hit low-income housing projects

Greeley - On the only wall not destroyed by fire at 1608 Habitat Lane, a single word on a sign is legible from the street: "ARSON."

The same signs offering a reward are in the windows of a house about a block away. Two houses down, a fire's destruction was so complete there is no place to hang a sign.

Greeley authorities believe three fires in low-income housing projects were set by the same person or group. But as they try to figure out who is responsible and why it is happening, the community is wondering which house is next.

While many people in the area were initially concerned about the Habitat project (that it wiould lower property values) many people are now pitching in to rebuild the houses that were burnt.

I hope they catch this asshole soon.
