Will Michael Moore be Forcibly Extradited to Canada?

Some Canadian activists are claiming that Michael Moore violated Canadian Election laws by telling people to not vote for a leader of the Conservative Party. I can just imagine the follow-up story next week:


Today, while wearing an illegal T-Shirt, Michael Moore was forcibly extradicted by the U.S. Justice Department to Canada. He will face felony charges by a conservative provincial government for violating Canadian election laws.

Once his prison term is completed in Canada, Michael Moore will face additional prison time in the U.S. in response to charges of "disrespect to the song-writing and singing ability of an Attorney General."

Michael Moore's extradiction occurred in record time, because of the creation of the "Special Military Tribunal that We Had to Set Up to Review People Imprisoned Without Charges."

If breaking Election Laws laws could get you jailtime, that means the Religious Right would all be in prison right now.

Here's other things that says it's fake and written by a Conservative:
"wearing an illegal T-Shirt" - What exactly is an illegal T-Shirt?
"Michael Moore will face additional prison time in the U.S. in response to charges of "disrespect to the song-writing and singing ability of an Attorney General." - What kind of charge is that? It also says Moore will go to jail without a trial (will face additional prison time)
And I have never heard of the "Special Military Tribunal that We Had to Set Up to Review People Imprisoned Without Charges."

10. A little bit of truth, but mostly satir

The title and the second part of the post were satire. However, there were still Canadians who were claiming that Michael Moore violated Canada's election law. Here is the news article from the Canadian TV network:
