He was referring to his remarks on 'girlie men'. he said he invited Arnold to come to SF and test his biceps...Arnold just wants to privatize all the services for the people of California.

Woodruff was incredulous: YOU called the governor a "third RATE bully"? Art says, "NO, I called him a "THIRD GRADE BULLY" and I am not going to talk about his acting ability...that is a theme for another interview..."
Woodruff said, still unbelieving, we will let that stand on the record...

8. Well, he certainly is not qualified to be a governor...

...yeah, third grade seems about right for his general level of functioning. Again I must ask, WHAT WERE PEOPLE THINKING when they voted for this guy! Sure, he's a movie star, but how in the world does that qualify him to be governor? I think that most neurosurgeons are very talented at what they do, but I wouldn't blindly choose them to fly a plane, or cater a party for me, or any of the hundred arbitrary things that come to mind, including being governor.

The problem is, once the lesson is learned the hard way, people won't remember it in a few years and we will be destined to have history repeat itself. So frustrating.
