Anyone have information on the Carter-Ford Election Reform Commission
I am looking for their recommendations and if they were implemented..

1. They were just honorary chairs
It actually came out of the Miller Center for Public Affairs at the University of Virginia.

I don't know if the report is still on their website or not.
