Talk about irony. I keep trying to figure out how the blackout will benefit the pugs. Have heard a lot of speculation, but still do not have enough information to even guess.

5. Its already started
There has been talk by Spencer Abraham (Dept. of Energy?)that the Grid needs major work (No shit Sherlock!) and that taxpayer should be involved in upgrading it. So private companies, and no doubt major republican donors, will get their infrastructure rebuilt courtesy of taxpayers like us.

14. I don't know exactly. The site says it ran "today" but I first saw it
ther yesterday and they're on an extended vacation. Must have run after the blackout though.
