They're using caller ID and tying it to their databases to know where you live.

it's ME knowing everything about YOU. But if it's YOU knowing everything about ME, then it's just way wrong!
And another good reason to avoid expensive home-delivery junk food.
The solution is stay off their radar. As soon as the system knows you exist they start messing with you, and then you're had. Just be sure the system doesn't notice you and you're fine.
