Georgia Election Returns? |
|
Have there been any results yet from the Georgia primaries today? I read that polls closed at 7:00.
Looks like GA-4, where McKinney's running, might go to a runoff.
In the GOP Senate primary, Isaakson could also have to face Herman Cain in a runoff if he can't get 50.
From everything I've heard, Majette should win the Dem primary easily.

3. So far 10% of the vote is in |
|
And Isaakson has 56% of the vote and Cain has only 25%. I hope these percentage hold just to have another loss for the Club for Growth.
McKinney's race is still at the 5% vote total numbers.

5. With 25% of the senate votes in |
|
Cain has only 26% to Isaakson's 54%.
For the Democrats it appears there may have to be a run-off. Majette is in the lead but only has 33%.
McKinney's race is at the 9% totals.

7. okay this is wierd, McKinney's race has been holding at 11% for a while |
|
The Senate race is at 63%. For the Repubs Cain has 27% (needs 30% to be in run-off) and Isakson has 53%. For the Dems, Majette is the only one over 30%, she has 33%.

Brantley is such bad news. So glad Sears is clearly the winner.
edit: by the way, where are you getting the updated McKinney numbers? The SoS website is still at 12%.

11. McKinney currently at 50.9% with 87% returns. |

She might win this without a run-off.
