Proof "abstinence only" doesn't work

Fayetteville is overrun with churches, and several of them have the word "Fundamentalist" right on the sign. Naturally, all of them are strong supporters of Abstinence Only Sex Education--no discussion of anything except how not to get laid.

A few weeks ago, one of these fundie churches introduced its latest ministry: the Teen Mothers Ministry. It's designed, in the words of the senior pastor, to handle the unique needs of this segment of their congregation.

What the hell do you mean, this "segment"? It seems to me that if your No Sex Ministry was doing its fucking job, you wouldn't need a Results of Sex Without Rubbers Ministry.

We know it isn't THEIR girls who are out there flaunting their dirty pillows, letting boys touch them "there." This is to proselytize to girls who have already sinned, so that these churches can have a whole new generation of minds to fuck up with neverending guilt trips about sins and washing their souls clean.
